How far is the
beach? It is 25 paces from our porch to the top of the dune
walkover and then 40 wooden steps down the walkover to the beach.
It takes our children about 30 seconds to get from the condo to the
beach!
Is it possible to rent beach chairs / umbrellas on the beach? We
have 5 chairs and an umbrella for use by guests at the condo,
if you need more they can be rented for a daily or weekly period from
Gulfcoast Beach service 850-231-3877.
How
far is the pool? The pool is 20 paces from our porch.
Is the
pool heated? The pool is heated from March 1st to October 31st and
during the Christmas / New Year period.
What
exactly does sleeps up to 10 mean? The master suite contains a king
size bed (2 people), the second bedroom contains a queen size bed
(2 people), the third bedroom has twin beds with trundles (max 4 people)
and there is a queen size sleep sofa in the living area (2 people).
